Love Island’s Chris Hughes And Olivia Attwood Deny Claims They’re ‘Faking’ Their Relationship For Their New TV Show
"I'd take being relatable and honest any day over someone else's idea of perfect..."
One couple who can vouch for Shakespeare’s theory that the course of true love never did run smooth is Love Island’s very own Chris Hughes and Olivia Attwood.
The couple have faced their fair share of ups and downs, and now they’ve been forced to deny claims that they’re ‘faking’ their relationship for their brand new show.
Catch up with all the latest gossip with MTV News:
According to the Daily Star, the beaut couple have landed their own reality show ‘Crackin’ On’, which is set to follow all the highs and lows of their relationship.
After their clash at the National Television Awards last month though, new claims are now alleging that Chris and Olivia are ‘faking’ their romance for the purpose of filming.
A source told Heat magazine: They're still having rows and are very on and off. But, at the moment, they can't end things because they have to do this TV show together.
"They have to put on a united front."
However, the couple’s representative has strongly denied the reports, telling The Sun Online: “Chris and Olivia are surprised and saddened by reports questioning their relationship.
"They are very much in love and are looking forward to their exciting future together."
Olivia has also taken to Twitter to seemingly slam the claims, tweeting: “I love how soon as your not pretending everything is perfect, the way everyone else does, your 'faking it'.
“I'd take being relatable and honest any day over someone's else's idea of perfect (sic)”.
