“Sometimes we get so caught up in the perfect world of Instagram,” she captioned a sleepy picture of herself in bed. “We scroll & scroll & watch people living the best moments of their lives.”

“Let’s take a moment to remember that that’s exactly what they are, the best moments. I was looking though some of my beautiful photos from recently in Dubai and I am so lucky & grateful for what I am able to experience…” She went on to add.

Then turning the conversation towards what you don’t get to see online, Olivia wrote: “But [I] felt the need to remind you that there is always parts you don’t see.”

“The changing into a tracksuit in the back of a cab & wiping my make up off to go to the airport, the day I felt self-conscious about my tummy because I was so bloated & sick & couldn’t be bothered to try suck it in so I just got drunk,” she said.

The reality star then went on to write that no one gets to see her when she’s dealing with mental health issues, such as “the anxiety attack I had in Hakkasan,” along with touching on when she pulled out her false eyelashes due to being a “panicky mess.”

After thanking her fans for all of the support the comments section is obvs filled with positivity, as it should be.

It’s a real eye-opener of a post, and there’s a lot more to it. If anyone knows the real life of an influencer, it’s Olivia. Take note. What you see isn’t always the truth.
