Olly Murs 'Feared He Had Killed JLS Star Aston'
Olly Murs was left shaken after fearing he had killed pal JLS.
According to The Sun, the Dance With Me Tonight singer was the victim of a prank by the JLS lads - which saw Murs believe he had seriously injured Merrygold during a TV stunt.
The newspaper reports that Olly was asked to press a button in order to fire Aston out of a cannon and on to a safety mat, as part of Channel 4's Stand Up To Cancer telethon - which airs next week.
Murs was happy to carry out the task, but was left horrified as Aston's 'body' hurled across the studio and over the mat, only to smash into a staging area.
The Xtra Factor host was relieved to find out that it was in fact a stuntman who had replaced Merrygold in the cannon, and that the pint-sized popstar had escaped unscathed.
After it became clear that JLS had set him up, viewers will then see Olly laughing with the band.
Last night (9th October), Murs still seemed distressed by the incident, tweeting: "Still recovering, still shaking & still shocked!! @JLSOfficial you got me proper today!!"
JLS star Marvin Humes added: "Just did an amazing prank with @ollyofficial and lots of JLSters!! Absolutely hilarious! Can't wait for u all to see!!"
