Olly Murs has dropped his biggest hint yet regarding 'those' rumours that he'll be stepping into Dermot's shoes and hosting the X Factor.

The Wrapped Up singer is said to have revealed to fans during a gig in Dublin last night (April 12)that they will be seeing him "on the telly" very soon, as he crossed his arms into an 'x'.

[related]The singer confirmed last week that he has been in talks with head honcho Simon Cowell about the position, who was apparently keen for Olly and Caroline Flack to reunite for the main show.

“I haven’t got it yet. We’ve spoken about it in the papers but nothing’s been finalised or nothing’s been signed," he told Spin 1038.

“We’ve had a few discussions, that’s about it really.”

He continued: "Me and Caroline have obviously spoken about the idea of it, but like I say, it's just an idea at the moment. Nothing's been finalised."
