One Directionwere reportedly snubbed byThe Brit Awards on Wednesday (February 20).
According to The Mirror, the 1D lads went over to the folk band to congratulate them on beating them in the Best British Group category, but were allegedly ignored.
A source told the tabloid: "The bands were passing in the corridor and 1D made an attempt to chat to them and say there were no hard feelings about them both winning different categories.
"But Mumford were having none of it. They didn't want to know. It was really awkward and everyone noticed."
Speaking about the incident at Sony Music's post-Brits bash, Louis Tomlinson was quoted as saying: "It was disappointing Mumford's reaction was disappointing.
"We're really big fans and wanted to congratulate them. It was a shame."
In other 1D news, the One Way Or Another band have admitted they would have turned to "a life of crime" if they weren't popstars.
During an interview with The Metro, Louis revealed: "I would be struggling my way through education or a life of crime," with bandmate Niall Horan stating: "I would have been at university, and a life of crime as well."
Liam Payne added: "If One Direction never happened I would be working in a factory or as a fireman."
Tomlinson went on the claim that they have not changed since hitting the big time on The X Factor in 2010, confessing: "Everyone back home treats us the same. We just go back and hang out with our family.
"I think it's because we have remained true to ourselves. Nothing has changed with us as people, so people at home see us the same."
