1D's Liam Payne Misses Grandfather's Funeral

One Direction heartthrob Liam Payne missed his grandfather's funeral earlier this week due to work commitments in Australia.
The 20-year old was Down Under with 1D as part of their Take Me Home world tour so was unable to make it, but did dedicate track More Than This to his late relative during their show in Perth.

Payne later thanked fans after the hashtags "#RIPGrandpaPayne" and "#StayStrongLiam" trended on Twitter.
He wrote: "Thanks for everyone's support at this hard time obviously this has been a tough few weeks for me I've never been through anything like this.
