1D's Unveil 'Best Song Ever' Behind-The-Scenes Clip!

One Direction have given fans a behind-the-scenes look at their new video for single, Best Song Ever.

 

The promo - which premiered last week - sees the lads portray a variety of characters, with the new clip providing an insight into how 1D transformed into their alter-egos.

 

Niall and Louis star as studio executives Harvey and Jonny, with the pair filmed having prosthetics applied to make then look older.

 

 

Zayn is also seen in the new footage having his many tattoos airbrushed to portray sexy assistant Veronica - while also complaining he "can't walk like a woman."

 

Liam - who plays camp choreographer Leeroy - also confesses to being nervous about the shoot as they have to do lots of acting.

 

However, it seems all their hard work paid off, as the video for Best Song Ever went on to break the VEVO record for the most views during its first 24 hours online, after scoring 12.3 million hits.

 

Best Song Ever is currently No.2 on the Official UK Singles Chart after Avicii's bluegrass banger Wake Me Up kept them off the top spot.
