In the most unlikely of selfies, One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson and Courtney Love have posed for a snap after meeting on a night out in New York.

The American singer-songwriter met the 1D star at a Saturday Night Live afterparty this week, and captured the momentwith another Hollywood face — The Walking Dead’s Norman Reedus!

The trio feature in an Instagram photo that Love posted to her account following their meetingin NYC.

According to The Sun, the whole band were starstruck at meeting rock royalty.

An onlooker told the paper: "Louis enjoyed chatting to Courtney as he's into all kinds of music.

"Harry also chatted to her for a while. it was funny, as Courtney was clearly a huge fan and dead set on staying until she got selfies with the band."

Courtney bigs-up Louis in the caption of her photo, writing: “some nice kid from @onedirection is his name Louis ? V sweet.”

She later shared the photo with her followers on Twitter, tweeting: “Good times with some great guys.”
