Teen pop star Caroline Flack by declaring himself young, free and single.

There has been much speculation and more than a little outrage over 17-year-old Harry's rumoured dalliance with 32-year-old Caroline.

The pair have reportedly been getting cosy for some weeks now and the One Direction's UK tour.

But in an interview with Real Radio, each member of the boy band were asked to introduce themselves as well as reveal their relationship status.

And Harry announced: "I'm single."

Whether Harry and Caroline have split or were never actually an item, we may never know but it sounds like a cosy Christmas together is currently off the cards.
