The One Direction heartthrob dated [uuid=22beba2c-e44c-4539-ab5a-297f614f6f9c]Caroline for three months last year[/uuid] and is now said to have confided in pal Will Sweeney regarding his feelings for the 32-year old.
Sweeney - who was a member of Styles' old band White Eskimo - told The People: "I asked him what it was like with a woman that much older.
"He said it was weird but more physical than anything he'd experienced before. He definitely enjoyed his time with Caroline but the age gap was too much, I think.
"Harry is just making the most of it and living every boy's dream. All his mates think he’s a bit of a legend though. It’s classic Styles. He definitely enjoys the attention and he’s making the most of it.”
Will went on to explain that some of his friends back home have turned against Harry since he hit the big time on The X Factor, explaining: "There's been a lot of resentment and jealousy towards Harry's success.
"It's so sad, a lot of these people used to be his friends but now they hate him. They say it's because he left us for fame and fortune."
He added: "It really upsets Harry because he's a sensitive guy. They call him a d***head and refer to him as a t**t. It gets him down. He thought people would be proud of him."
