Radio presenterNick Grimshawhas spoken out in defence of his friendship with pop heart throb Harry Styles.
The Radio 1 Breakfast Show host told Now magazine that he was surprised people thought there was anything unusual about their bromance.
He said: "It's not that weird, is it?
"It seems totally normal to me: a DJ being mates with a pop star. It's not like he's some weirdo who can't talk. He's really funny.
"When anyone meets him, it's like, 'Oh yeah, he's really nice and interesting'. And they immediately understand."
Grimmy and Harry hit the headlines earlier this year after staying up all night following the Brit Awards, then presenting Grimmy's show together.
The presenter explained: "Once it got to 4am, I knew there was no point in going to bed, so we decided to go back to mine, and I made the deal that if we stayed up, then I'd get Harry to do the show with me.
"I thought it would be bad if it was just me on my own as the only hungover person.
"Afterwards I said to Harry, 'Was that funny? Or were we just really hungover and thought we were being hilarious?' But I think people enjoyed it."
