One Direction Dolls To Hit Shops For Christmas

Fans of the group will soon be able to buy mini-figurines of the boys…

Toy giant Hasbro has reportedly signed a deal with One Direction to create a range of games, fashion dolls and mini-figurines of the boys.
The toys are expected to hit the shops this autumn, ready for the Christmas rush.
Judging by their huge global success - the lads’ debut album Up All Night [uuid=6104f940-3798-4978-a3ee-2961f3749e37]topped the charts[/uuid] across the world - the miniature versions of Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Liam Payne andLouis Tomlinson look set to fly off the shelves.
According to The Sun, Hasbro's chief marketing officer, John Frascotti, said: "In the short time since the group's debut, One Direction has captured the hearts of many young fans across the world.
"We are excited about the opportunity to provide One Direction's very enthusiastic international fan base with a diverse product line that captures the essence of the band members."
Will Bloomfield, of Modest! who manage the lads, reportedly added: “Hasbro has a proven track record of successfully working with artists to market music-related brands to kids and teens around the world and both we and the band very much look forward to working with them at this incredibly exciting time."
