One Direction had a lucky escape on Wednesday night (4th January) after their tour bus was hit by a car in Birmingham.
The What Makes You Beautiful band were returning to their hotel from a gig in the city when a woman driver crashed into the back of their vehicle.
1D members Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Liam Payne are thought to have been treated by medics once the police and emergency services arrived.
A source told The Sun: "It was a close call. The lads and their two tour managers were pretty shaken up and were treated for varying degrees of whiplash. Yesterday they were seen by an osteopath who gave them the all-clear."
Despite their accident, The X Factor band were back on stage last night (5th January) in Plymouth, although some of the boys were apparently still suffering as a result of the accident.
An insider claimed: "They came close to cancelling because of the crash but the boys didn't want to let down their avid fans.
"As soon as they got the all-clear they decided to go ahead with the gig. It's lucky dancing in their live shows is kept to a minimum so it did not put extra stress on their bodies."
