One Direction star Niall Horan is reportedly set to undergo emergency knee surgery in advance of the boy band's next tour.
The 20-year-old dislocated the joint when he was younger and regularly experiences pain as a result.
The Sun reports that he's heading to the US to undergo surgery to get it fixed up while the lads are enjoying a bit of down time.
"Niall has battled this problem since he was a child. His knee dislocates and it is very uncomfortable," a source said.
"He's had physio sessions for years but the pain persists so surgery is the best solution to have him fully fit and ready for the demands of a long tour."
