One Direction's Niall Horan Issues Swearing Apology
He says sorry after dropping the C-bomb on girls at airport in jest...
One Direction star Niall Horan has issued an apology after jokingly hurling the C-word at a group of teenage girl fans.
The 18-year-old referred to the girls as a "shower of c***s" when he bumped into them at Dublin Airport - and their video clip of his cursing subsequently went viral.
But Niall later took to Twitter to make amends, writing: "Really sorry if I caused any offence. It was just banter with fans who I think of more as mates.
"But I understand that it's not a word I should be using at all."
The girls had not taken offence at the swearing, understanding that it was 'banter' from the singer.
And 15-year-old Alannah Gough, who took the footage, issued her own apology to Niall.
According to The Sun, she said: "We're so sorry for getting you in trouble."
