Simon Cowell Appears In One Direction Movie Trailer

Simon Cowell has made an apperance in the latest trailer for One Direction's This Is Us documentary movie.

The X Factor supremo is shown explaining the five-piece boy band's phenomenal success, after the lads have been seen paying tribute to their fans.

SiCo says: "The fans were the ones who made up their minds that this band were going to be huge."

The trailer also gives an insight into the boys' family lives - with a touching scene of Zayn Malik's mum crying as she visits her new house - bought by her son's earnings.

And there are also snippets of the boys camping, larking about on a forklift truck and skateboarding around concert venues.

The film will open in UK cinemas on 30 August. We told you yesterday how the trailer features a clip of their new track, Best Song Ever.
