Andre 3000 Gets Animated
The OutKast dude's first cartoon series is set to hit the small screen
Andre 3000 has produced his own cartoon series and it will air for the first time on telly this November.
Although there is no official transmission date for Class of 3000 yet, Allhiphop.com reports it will go out on The Cartoon Network.
Class Of 3000 centres on a character called Sunny Bridges who leaves a successful entertainment career behind him to become a teacher (is he trying to tell us something?) to characters such as LilD, Philly Phil and Tamika.
Andre will also use the show as a quirky new vehicle for airing his tunes.
He said, "We're reaching out to a lot of people. Every time you drop an album, you kinda go through this whole run of doing shows like TRL but I think 'Class of 3000' will be one of those places that record companies will say, 'We want our artist to be on this show.' It'll be a cool place."
