Diddy Faces Court

Bad Boy boss Diddy is being sued over the alleged assault of a fellow reveller at an Oscars aftershow party.

Diddy, real name Sean Combs, has been accused of punching Gerald Rechnitzer in the face, in an LA hotel club.

Rechnitzer alleged Diddy turned aggro after he accused him of flirting with his girlfriend.

Papers have now been filed at the Los Angeles Supreme court in which Rechnitzer claims he was "attacked, assaulted and battered" by the rapper.

Diddy's lawyer meanwhile, has totally dismissed the claims saying it is "just another example of an opportunist seeking to fabricate a lawsuit based on a flat-out lie".
