Panic! At The Disco Covers 'The Greatest Show' For 'TGS Reimagined'

Brendon Urie takes on the massive film opener and he doesn't disappoint...

Ladies and gents, this is the moment you've waited for.

That's right, it's a great day for all The Greatest Showman stans - so, all of us, right? - as Panic! At The Disco's highly-anticipated contribution to the upcoming'Reimagined'album.

Taking on the film's opener 'The Greatest Show', Panic! brings its undeniably unique production while Brendon Urie's incredible vocals take centre stage as he becomes the showman... just briefly.

Brendon stands in forHugh Jackman as the circus leader as part of thestar-studded covers album'The Greatest Showman Reimagined', which is due out November 16.

"I heard it and I was like, ‘This sounds like a Panic! song. You guys did a Panic! song better than I’ve ever done a Panic! song'," the frontman said about being approached for the new collection, before revealing it almost didn't see the light of day.

"'[I said]I would love to...I tried it, and then for whatever reason — labels, management, I’m not sure why — I got cut out of the process and it seemed like it wasn’t going to happen. But finally I hooked back up with them and we got a demo version recorded and they mixed it and are putting it out. It’s awesome."

The'Reimagined'album also features P!nk's version of 'A Million Dreams', Years & Years, Anne-Marie, Kesha, Kelly Clarkson, Jess Glynne and more.

Hugh Jackman recently hinted that the blockbuster musical may be heading to theatre also, teasing it could potentially be based in the UK also, while it is early days.

"All I know is when we were in the room during those workshops, you get a really keen sense if it's going to work in a theatre, he said."And I know it will work. I just know the power. I've seen Keala standing in the centre of a room singingThis Is Me,and there was not a dry eye in the house."

And now we wait!
