Paolo's closet of shame, Ward's taming the beast and Damon's got another new band offer
First off today is the outing of one major skeleton from Paolo Nutini's near empty closet of shame.
According to the Daily Star, the smooth crooner from Scotland was once refused a spot in S Club Juniors " because of his terrible dancing!
On reflection though, it's probably a good thing he wasn't too hasty.
Another ex pop group-wannabe who seems to be doing quite well enough on her own is Nicola Ward who famously walked off Popstars: The Rivals, only to be replaced by Nicola Roberts in new group Girls Aloud.
Ward, who's now singing with new band Cushh, has been linked with Hollywood mega hunk Colin Farrell. She apparently met the Miami Vice star while he was filming in North London.
She told the Daily Mirror: "I met Colin randomly in Kilburn and he took my number. I didn't think in a million years he'd call. But we've been out a couple of times now, and yes, he's a real gent!"
Once their new single 'Do It To Me'is out next month, things will be looking pretty Cushhty for the young starlet - assuming it's not just a passing crush, that is.
Someone who's not having such a great time of it lately is the man of many bands Damon Albarn, who's clearly wishing his neighbour from hell would move to a house, a very big house in the country.
The former Blur frontman told Zane Lowe yesterday that his neighbour has begun mimicking his behaviour.
"When I play the piano, he plays his guitar. I got a text from my missus saying he was playing Blur and Gorillaz music till 2 in the morning."
We think it's pretty clear " he wants to be in a band with you Damon, and he's just showing that he shares your tastes.
Maybe your first hit could be a phat remix of Neighbours, featuring an African choir, and some LA rappers and your neighbour on the Banjo
