Paramore have scored their first EVER Grammy Award (I know right?!) taking home the gong for Best Rock Song for Ain't It Fun.

Not only did theybeat competition fromBeck's “Blue Moon,” the Black Keys' “Fever,” Ryan Adams'“Gimme Something Good,” and Jack White‘s “Lazaretto”, for frontwoman Hayley Williamsit marks the first woman to score that honor since Alanis Morissette did it in 1999.

The band sadly weren't present at the ceremony but found the time to freak out on Twitter with Hayley tweeting: "TWEETING FROM THE AFTERLIFE!!!!!! WE JUST WON A MOTHER FREAKIN GRAMMY. AHHHHHHHHH!!!"
