Paramount Pictures’ New Hotel Is Like Something Out Of A Movie
In a world where literally nobody can stay in their lane (Asda doing clothes, actors doing singing, Rita Ora hosting America’s Next Top Model), it’s hardly surprising that Paramount Pictures build hotels now - and the film studio’s latest construction is fancy af.
Set to open next month on May 6th, ‘Jumeirah Bodrum Palace’ is a luxurious goliath of a resort, spread across 100,000 sq. metres of mountainside overlooking Turkey’s ‘how-is-water-actually-that-blue-in-real-life’ Torba Bay.
Surrounded by pine forests, it features a tiered design more elegant than your cousin’s wedding cake, and even allows for the private docking of yachts - which is a relief, because we can never find a parking space for ours.
Looking for a room? Tough luck, because The Bodrum doesn’t have rooms sweetiedarling, it has suites and villas. 134 of them, to be exact, all set in ‘lush landscaping’ with balconies for that perfect panoramic view of the Aegean Sea.
Unless you’d prefer the six bed palace, of course.
Oh, and that’s not all. Most villas have TWO private pools each, along with a Turkish hammam and massage room - although guests can of course still hang in a private cabana by the larger public swimming pools (available in fresh and saltwater, natch) before dining in one of the resort’s four specialty restaurants.
So yeah, the people who bought us Grease and Justin Bieber: Never Say Never (so blessed. So moved. So grateful.) have done good.
Now, how does one win the lottery, please?
