Paris Hilton has released a web video claiming that she will run for President in the forthcoming US Election. The video was made after Paris image was used by Presidential candidate, John McCain, in an ad mocking his rival Barack Obama as an international celebrity. The tongue in cheek vid shows Paris sitting outside in a skimpy, leopard-print bikini proclaiming I want America to know that Im, like, totally ready to lead. Paris Lays out her campaign proposals which include painting the White House pink and saving energy by finding out the best places to get a tan. She adds I'm not from the olden days and I'm not promising change like that other guy. I'm just hot," McCains use of Paris in his own video was without her knowledge and drew criticism from both her representative and her mother. A spokesman from McCains campaign has responded to the video by saying In reality, Paris Hilton may have a more substantive energy policy than Barack Obama.
