Cody Walker On Brother Paul's Death: "It Still Doesn't Feel Real"
The actor's younger sibling reveals he's still coming to terms with losing Paul...
Paul Walker's brother Cody has opened up about his death, revealing that his passing still doesn't feel real.
Following the news that Cody and sibling Caleb will be standing in for their late brother on the set of Fast & Furious 7, Cody has spoke about his death during an emotional interview with Associated Press. When asked how he's dealing with Paul's passing, Cody replied: "Right now, a whole lot of time has not gone by yet. It still doesn't feel real, because sometimes, working in this industry, making films, he'd be away from his family three, four, six months at a time, you know. And my only interaction would be a phone call.
"So, I know it's going to take a while. It's going to take a few years before it even feels real."
Speaking of how he will remember Paul, Cody concluded: "Anyone that's ever met Paul - he never met a stranger in his life. If you didn't recognise him out in public, he'd never mention it.
"He was just so low-key, just lived such a modest life and just - he would tell me how jealous of me he was because I still had my anonymity. And he's like, 'I can't just go to the movies. I can't catch the films I want to see. You've still got that, man.' And here he is, talking. It was just so funny to hear that come from him."
