Paul Walker's Brothers Fill-In For Late Actor In Fast & Furious 7
The actor's siblings were used to finish scenes for the new film...
Universal explained in a Facebook post yesterday (15 April), how it plans to finish the seventh instalment after restarting production last month.
The studio said that the late star "had already shot his dramatic scenes and most of his action" and that his brothers, Caleb and Cody will now fill in as body doubles.
"Caleb and Cody are helping us complete some remaining action for their brother and fill in small gaps left in production.
"Having them on set has made us all feel that Paul is with us too," the company added.
The team behind the street-racing series have been reworking the upcoming film in the wake of the actor's death.
Screenwriter Chris Morgan has previously altered the script and producers have said that the actor's character, Brian O'Conner will retire, rather than be killed off from the franchise.
The late-actor's final scene is expected to be completed using computer generated images and body doubles.
Fast & Furious 7 is scheduled to be released on 10 April 2015.
