Vin Diesel: 'I Broke Down With Paul Walker's Family'

Vin Dieselhas opened up about the poignant moment that he met Facebook page how he had flown to visit the relatives of his co-star, who was killed in a road accident a week ago at the age of 40.

He wrote: "I thought they needed my strength, but realized when I got there and broke down before his family, that it was I who needed theirs.

"His mother hugged me and said I am so sorry... I said sorry?

"You're the mother who lost a son?... She said yes, but you lost your other half."

Walker's cause of death was confirmed by a coroner in the week.
