Peaches Geldof 'May Have Died Of A Heroin Overdose'
The Times newspaper has revealed that today's inquest will be told the 25-year old died of a drugs overdose - just like her mother, Paula Yates...
Despite police finding no evidence of illegal substances at her house, the newspaper has claimed that results of a toxicology test at her inquest today (May 1) will reveal she died as a result of a drugs overdose.
A hearing this afternoon will be opened and adjourned by North West Kent Coroner Roger Hatch at Gravesend Old Town Hall from 2pm, with it expected to last for just 10 minutes.
A spokesman for the Geldof family has declined to comment at this stage, with Kent police stating they can not confirm or deny the overdose reports.
They added: "The inquest opens later today and that is all I can say."
A full inquest into Peaches' death is due to be set some time in late July.
The model and TV presenter was found dead on April 7 at the home she shared in Wrotham, Kent, with her hubby Tom Cohen and infant sons Astala and Phaedra.
If the reports of prove to be true, her death echoes the tragic passing of her mother, Paula Yates, who died of an accidental heroin overdose aged 41 and when Peaches was just 11.
