Perrie Edwards On Why She'll Never Reveal What Really Happened With Zayn Split: "The World Knowing Has Been Tough"
Little Mix are thankful that they have each other to help them through their boy troubles.
It's hard enough going through a breakup, let alone the world wanting to know all the ins and outs.
During an interview with Little Mix on The Jonathan Ross Show, the 23-year-old acknowledged the heartbreak behind their split whilst promising to never reveal too much.
She admitted: "For a normal girl to go through something like that it's hard. I think when the whole world is looking at it and talking about it, you feel a bit [affected by it].
"Obviously I didn't say too much about it, I briefly mentioned it. I wasn't going to not mention it… You're in control at the end of the day and I briefly mentioned it, kind of said what happened but I would never get into detail because it is personal."
In the band's autobiography 'Our World', Perrie admitted that she was left 'crying' and 'homeless' after Zayn abruptly ended their engagement 'by text'.
During the interview, the girls also added that they had each other to help them through their boy troubles. Jesy Nelson revealed: "That's what's lovely about being in a group, we all literally support each other and when we're going through bad times we can all relate to it".
Whilst Leigh-Anne Pinnock added: "When I split up with my ex, I was thinking 'I have got my three best friends, what does it matter?'"
We're glad to hear this, especially after recent rumours emerged about Jesy splitting with fiancé Jake Roche...
