Pete Doherty has missed a court appearance because he was stuck in Paris.
The Babyshambles singer, no stranger to Thames Magistrates Court, was due back there to check his drug rehabilitation progress.
But he was delayed in France, after playing a Babyshambles gig in Paris. He's due back in court on April 20.
His no-show was as disappointing for fans as for the magistrates, as a crowd awaited his appearance.
