Pete Doherty is to have an implant fitted to help him kick his drug addiction, he has told the judge at a review of his drug treatment programme.
The Babyshambles star, who represented himself at the review, said hed like to get the opiate-suppressing implant within the next two weeks.
"You are going in the right direction, said Judge Jane McIvor. It's not easy, especially in your circumstances. I appreciate that entirely.
"I think your concentration should be, within six months of the order, to get a negative test."
