Pete Doherty appears before West London magistrates today charged with possession of heroin and cocaine.
The singer was formally charged by cops yesterday following his arrest on November 30. At a gig last night in Camden he read the charge sheet out to the audience live on stage and called for fans to support him at his hearing - so Ealing Magistrates Court should be a bit more lively than usual this morning.
Babyshambles played as a trio last night as guitarist Patrick Walden has quit the band.
