Andre Set To Top Charts
If this week's midweek charts are to be trusted, things are looking good for Peter Andre.
'Mysterious Girl', first a hit for Andre in 1996, has been re-released on the back of Andre's appearance on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'. The song looks set to shift 100,000 copies by the end of the week and be number one on Sunday.
Things are looking so good that bookies are already paying out on Andre being top of the pops. A Ladbrokes spokesperson said: "our sources tell us that there is no way 'Mysterious Girl' won't be number one on Sunday".
The two highest entries so far complete the top three: Westlife's latest effort 'Obvious' is at number two, and Jamelia's 'Thank You' at number three.
Last week's number one, Busted's 'Who's David?', drops to number four, while Sam and Mark's friends are obviously busy, as their version of the Beatles' classic falls all the way to number nine. VS looks set to debut at number eight.
The final new entry in the midweek's top ten is Lemar, with the latest release from his 'Dedicated' album, 'Another Day'.
