Peter Andre Tops The Chart!

Peter Andre, yes Peter Andre, has topped the UK singles chart with 'Mysterious Girl'.
The Aussie, who has shot back into the public eye having been an entertaining contestant in 'I'm A Celebrity Get me Out Of Here', has Radio 1's Chris Moyles to thank for the chart feat, as the single's release was a result of a campaign by the breakfast show DJ.
'Mysterious Girl' was originally released back in 1996.
Meanwhile, Jamelia claims the second highest new entry at number two with 'Thank You' and Westlife crash in at three with 'Obvious'.
'Love You Like Mad', the debut single by VS, is a new entry at seven, Lemar's 'Another Day' enters at nine and 50 Cent's 'If I Can't' completes the top ten new entries at 10.
Outside the top ten, Katie Llorenna enters at 14 with 'This Time I Know It's For Real', JX enter at 22 with 'Restless', Placebo enter at 23 with 'English Summer Rain' and Elbow hit the chart at 28 with 'Not A Job'.
In the album chart, Katie Melua reclaims the top-spot with 'Call Of The Search'.
The only other major action at the top end of the album stakes comes in the shape of Jamie Cullum's 11-place jump up to number three with his 'Twentysomething' LP.
Melua and Cullum's chart climbs come on the back of their impressive BRITs duet.
