Peter Andre's Newborn Baby Name Revealed?

Peter Andre and girlfriend Emily MacDonagh have reportedly named their newborn daughter Rebecca.

Despite the Mysterious Girl singer previously telling fans that the tot still had no name, sources have told The Mirror that the pair have opted for a traditional moniker, rather than a usual celebrity-style name.

The insider said: "In the run up to the birth, Emily told Pete she was set on a traditional name for their first child together.

“A lot of Pete’s Family are devout Christians and Rebecca fitted the bill perfectly – she is a key figure in Genesis in the bible."

Earlier this week, the 40-year old opened up about his baby girl, calling her "just perfect".

He added: "It's a bit early to say who she looks like yet, but I'm sure it will be apparent soon! Emily and baby are doing well."
