The annual event, which takes place at Camden's Roundhouse, runs for 30 days in September and will also see Sam Smith, Kylie Minogue and Maroon 5 take to the stage. Speaking of her involvement, Kylie stated: "Playing London is always special and playing the Roundhouse is going to be amazing. It's such an iconic and intimate venue - I can't wait to put on a show for everyone."
Smith added: "Last year I was in the audience for Jake Bugg at the iTunes Festival. To think that I'm going to be doing it this year is so amazing."
Calvin Harris, Beck, Blondie, David Guetta, Robert Plant and Chrissie Hynde complete the current bill of acts, with more performers set to be announced at a later date. Blondie said of their show: "We love playing London, we love playing the Roundhouse, and what's not to love about the iTunes Festival?
"This venue is in our blood, we first played there in 1978 and it was a breakthrough we never looked back from. You can feel the history there and we are always proud to return and make some more."
Tickets to the music event are free to the public, with fans able to apply through radio competitions and a ballot on iTunes.
Those who are unable to get their hands on tickets can stream the event live on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and iTunes.
