Elizabeth Banks Teases Pitch Perfect 2: "It's Really Funny"

Following the release of the brand new trailer and poster for Pitch Perfect 2, Elizabeth Banks has now got us even more excited about the flick.

With Rebel Wilson , Anna Kendrick and Co set to return for another dose of Choral pleasure, we caught up with Banks - who produced the first film - to find out what's in store for fans this time around.

Speaking to MTV News UK, the actress confirmed the sequel will be cranking things up an octave, stating: "It's really funny and all of our musical numbers are crazy."

Elizabeth - who also plays Gail in the flick - went on to tease: "We have an incredible new villainous group played by Germans that are awesome."

The blonde babe also revealed what we can look forward to from her character Effie Trinket in the final instalment of The Hunger Games, claiming: "We go back to the capital in part two and Effie gets to get dressed again. So I'm excited for that! 

"I'm excited for the very end when I get to put my real capital couture clothes back on."

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 is out now, while Pitch Perfect 2 hits UK cinemas on May 15, 2015.
