You Can Now Get A Wearable Pokémon GO Plus Tracker AT LAST
You don't need an Apple Watch if you've got this.
Exciting news Pokémon Go fans, the elusive Pokémon Go Plus wearable accessory you *thought* was sold out is BACK.
Nintendo has sent out emails to fans of the game alerting them about new stock of the Pokémon Go Plus tracker. For now that means you can pre-order the device ahead of its delivery date of 31 March - presuming stock doesn't run dry again.
Nintendo explains what’s on offer: "This portable device enables Pokémon Go players to enjoy the game even while they're not looking at their smartphones."
"The device connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth and notifies the player about events in the game – such as the appearance of a Pokémon nearby – using an LED and vibration."
"In addition, players can catch Pokémon or perform other simple actions by pressing the button on the device."
The catch is you’re limited to one device per customer, so don’t start planning to grab a few for presents. Although there is a stock refresh promised for late March so that may still be an option.
Of course anyone with an Apple Watch can pretty much do all the same things the Pokémon Go Plus tracker does, just without looking as awesome, obvs.
