New Pokémon For Sun And Moon Revealed, Can Poison ALL TYPES

No Pokémon will be safe...

The creators of the new Pokémon Sun and Moon have been teasing fresh characters for a while and now a hybrid poison and fire Pokémon has been unveiled.

The new character, called Salandit, is a toxic lizard that can poison absolutely any type of Pokémon. Yup, even those Pokémon that are supposed to be immune to the effect can still be damaged by this little terror who totally ignores poison immunity. Not only that but its hybrid status means it can shoot fire too.

The new Pokémon Sun and Moon isn't just about more Pokémon though, there will also be a free-for-all battle mode. In this situation four trainers can go into battle with each other with the chance to attack anyone they want.

Other Pokémon characters announced for Sun and Moon so far include Popplio, Litten and Rowlett as the starting characters , legendaries Solgaleo and Lunaia plus other characters including Pikipek, Grubbin, Magearna, Yungoos plus a Pikachu hybrid looking Pokémon.

On top of that lot the PokéBank will also be supported so Pokémon captured from others games can be imported and used. This should work vice versa with new Sun and Moon Pokémon being able to appear in older games like Pokémon Omega Ruby, Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, Pokémon X and Pokémon Y.

Pokémon Sun and Moon is due for release on the Nintendo 3DS on 18 November.
