When it comes to Pretty Little Liars, it’s safe to assume that everyone is lying 80% of the time in every single scene.

But what about the actresses who play our favourite characters, eh? Well, we’re about to find out, because they agreed to take a real life lie detector test… And they spilled some serious secrets.

We have no idea how, but Vanity Fair managed to convince Lucy Hale, Troian Bellisario, Shay Mitchell, Ashley Benson and Sasha Pieterse to all take a turn on a polygraph.

Naturally, the girls all start grilling each other on EVERYTHING – from who’s the biggest flirt on set to who’s the smartest out of them all.

“Are you enjoying yourself today?” “Yes.” “Not so much.”

Of course, the best bit has to be when Shay says her favourite person to kiss on the show is Sasha, but that’s just because our Emison ship sailed off a long time ago.

The girls also play another game where they have to guess which character is kissing who in a VERYclose up shot, which we’re pretty sure is the definition of investigative journalism.
