PRETTYMUCH Throw A Party Of Five In The 'Teacher' Video
The boy band show their dance moves for their second music video...
PRETTYMUCH are a force to be reckoned with in their brand new music video for 'Teacher'.
Putting five boys in an empty studio doesn't exactly sound thrilling but Austin, Brandon, Edwin, Nick and Zion's unstoppable energy makes this one visual not to miss.
The boys run wild and free in the one-take video, and even without official choreography it's obvious that the boy band have some serious moves on them!
Would you mind?
Would you mind?
Let's go
Say you don't catch feelings
Say you ain't the love type
I'ma have to work then
Uh, the whole night
Nothing like your ex, no
This ain't what you're used to
Just give me that chance, girl
Uh, won't lose you
And I know that you've been hurt before but
I'll make it better for ya
I'll make it better for ya
For ya
And you've heard it all before but
I've got a question for ya
I've got a question
If I pulled you closer, would you mind?
Would you mind?
Would you mind?
If my hands get lower when we grind
When we grind
Would you mind
If I pull you closer, would you
Let's not waste a moment
Ain't no need to be shy
I got room for your friends
If your friends want a ride
Tell them not to stress, though
I'll treat you so special
Just give me that chance, girl and
I won't let go
Know that you've been hurt before but
I'll make it better for ya
I'll make it better for ya
For ya
And you've heard it all before but
I've got a question for ya
I've got a question
If I pulled you closer, would you mind?
Would you mind?
Would you mind?
If my hand get lower when we grind
When we grind
Would you mind
If I pull you closer, would you
Come on
Tell me baby, would you mind
Tell me baby, would you mind
Aye, aye
Tell me baby, would you mind
Tell me baby, would you mind
Yeah I know that you've been hurt before but
I'll make it better for ya
I'll make it better for ya
For ya
I'll make it better
If I pulled you closer, would you mind?
Would you mind?
Would you mind?
If my hand get lower when we grind
When we grind
Would you mind?
If I pulled you closer, would you mind
Know you've been hurt before but
(Would you mind?) I'll make it better for ya
(Would you mind?) I'll make it better for ya
If my hands get lower when we grind
(And you've heard it all before but) When you grind
(I've got a question for ya) Would you mind?
(I've got a question)
If I pull you closer, would you mind, babe?
'Teacher' leans more towards R&B than the band's debut single 'Would You Mind', like the kind of summer banger we'd usually expect from Jeremih or maybe even Bieber.
In other words, it's a major bop - and the Tinashe shout-out just makes it even better!
The boys have worked with Ed Sheeran and French Montana on their debut album, and with French reportedly featuring on one of their songs we'd say to expect more of this sound.
While we're on the topic of collaborations, we'd love to see PRETTYMUCH link up with their labelmates Camila Cabello, Fifth Harmony or Little Mix.
After being discovered by Simon Cowell and signed to the same label as One Direction, it could be easy to think that PRETTYMUCH will just be 1D 2.0 but this feels like something totally different - and we love it!
Coming through (Yeah)
Coming for you live, you know
I'm just tryna figure out what you can be
'Cause, uh
Aye
You could be my teacher (Where they at?)
You could be my boss (Where they at?)
Ooh, you could be my lover (Where they at?)
You could be my car (Where they at?)
Baby, I could drive ya
Oh, anywhere you want
Ah, you could be my teacher (Where they at?)
Oh yeah, you could be my boss
(I don't give a what 'cause)
So tell me your wish
I could do the night or the day shift
You can find my name on your playlist
Your favourite girl, yeah
And on the real tip (Real)
Everything we do is salacious (Yeah)
Meet me in your room or basement
Escapin', girl, yeah (Oh yeah)
Like that Prada you stole
Put me on like your clothes
We can rock nice and slow
Yeah, me and you, true (Uh)
You could be my teacher (Where they at?)
You could be my boss (Where they at?)
Oh, you could be my lover (Where they at?)
You could be my car (Where they at?)
Baby, I could drive ya
Oh, anywhere you want
Ah, you could be my teacher (Where they at?)
Oh yeah, you could be my boss
(I don't give a what 'cause)
It's your birthday
Every single day, it's your birthday
I can make you feel like Tinashe
In every way, yeah, yeah (Yeah, yeah)
And when the beat drops
We'll keep on dancin' 'cause we can't stop
We'll be connected like a hotspot
I got Wi-Fi, girl (Yeah, yeah)
Like that Prada you stole
Put me on like your clothes
We can rock nice and slow
Me and you, true (Yeah, that's true)
You could be my teacher (Where they at?)
You could be my boss (Where they at?)
Oh, you could be my lover (Where they at?)
You could be my car (Where they at?)
Baby, I could drive ya
Oh, anywhere you want
Ah, you could be my teacher (Where they at?)
Oh yeah, you could be my boss
(I don't give a what 'cause)
I like you, I want you (I like you)
Indeed baby, take a seat baby (I like you)
I like you, I want you
Indeed baby, take a seat baby (I like you)
I like you, I want you
Indeed baby, take a seat baby (I like you)
I like you, I want you
Indeed baby, take a seat baby
Ooh, aye
