Remember That Time Kesha Broke Into Prince's House?

As the world continues to mourn Prince's death, we want to throwback to quite the epic story from Kesha, who once actually broke into the musician's house.

Retelling the saga on Jimmy Fallon back in 2014, Kesha recalled the moment that she found herself inside the infamous compound and face-to-face with the man himself.

Let's just take a moment to imagine being in ACTUAL Prince's house.

"It was so easy," she said of how she got inside. "I cruised up in my dead grandpa’s car, and I get out and there’s a gardener in the front yard so I was like, ‘Here’s five dollars and don’t make a thing about it, I’m just going to slide right under this gate,’ and he just laughed and thought it was funny and that I was charming."

Kesha said that the door was unlocked, "which was basically an invitation. So I walked in and everything was purple velvet. I was very pleased that my fantasy had come true and that there was, in fact, purple velvet everywhere." 

But it's how the story ends which is just Prince all over. 

"And I walk into the elevator and there's Prince music playing," Kesha continued. "And then I go up in the elevator and I come out and I'm on the phone with my mom being like, 'I think I might get arrested' and then I walk out and there's Prince, playing the guitar, with a beanie on and I almost pooped my pants."

"He just kind of looked at me funny," she said about the singer. "I didn't even get it out. I just like, got a look like, 'Who the hell are you?' and then I just like, waved around a CD and I like, put it on a table and then I ran away."
