The bouncer accused of killing D12 star Proof will not face murder charges.
Bouncer Mario Etheridge's lawyer told a press conference that he was acting in lawful defence of his cousin, Keith Bender, reports mtv.com.
He'll still have to face weapons charges though, and is due to appear in court later this week.
