The greatest lyric of all time, its a tough one to call. But now, thanks to VH1, the public will crown the one they love most as we present Nations Favourite Lyric.
On Easter weekend, VH1 will bring together one hundred of the greatest song lyrics of all time in a highly anticipated countdown show, showcasing the work of legendary lyricists from all over the world and spanning seven decades of song writing.
And from today (February 20), you can behold the 100 nominees - including the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Radiohead, Snoop Dogg and The Beatles, as chosen by a panel of music industry aficionados, and cast your vote for your favourite. The winner will be crowned on VH1 at the apex of the countdown on Easter weekend.
