Having justunveiled a new track, 'ChillOut', featuring SG Lewisthe UK R'n'B singer is currently blowing up on the scene and with the announcement of her mini album 'Durt', we're expectinggreat things from the 21-year-old.
'Durt' is outon 28th October 2016 and features 'My Hood',which is collaborationwithStormzy. We got to know her in our exclusive Q&A, check it out below:
1.For those who don’t know about you and your music, tell us a little bit about who you are and where you’re from…
I’m an R’n’B/soul singer from Lewisham.
2.Describe your sound in three words…
Vibes, vibes, vibes.
3.Who inspired you to start a career in music?
Amy Winehouse.
4.Who are your biggest musical influences?
Lauryn Hill, Amy Winehouse, Lily Allen.
5.Tell us about the writing and recording process for your new single/album…
I spent a year in a lot of basement studios writing songs about exactly how I was feeling in that moment and this is the end result.
6.What can we expect from your live shows?
Some improvised dancing, a few dead jokes and one of the most incredible bands you’ve ever heard.
7.What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
Performing on Jools Holland. One word, EPIC.
8.Have you met anyone and been totally starstruck?
Lily Allen walked into her studio while I was using it for the day and I lost all self control, my heart almost jumped out of my chest.
9.What’s on your iPod/playlists that people wouldn’t expect?
A hell of a lot of James Blake because I’m a MEGA fan and some Fleetwood Mac.

My headline show on 27th February 2017 at Village Underground in London. Be there or be a four sided object.
