Razorlight Bust Up Shame
Drummer Andy did it first, and now bassist Carl has a pop at throttling Johnny...
Razorlight have sparked rumours of a split again after a huge on-stage fight over the weekend.
French fans at the Ninkasi Kao Arena in Lyon were shocked when bassist Carl Dalermo, seemingly for no reason, began laying into swaggering frontman Johnny Borrell as they played their hit 'Vice'.
But Johnny's attempts to push him away and carry on with the tune fell on deaf, er, fists, and before long the pair were embroiled in a full-on scuffle.
A fuming Johnny, followed by the rest of the 'Light, then stomped off stage.
The boys later returned to duty but it was left to drummer Andy Burrows - who incidentally landed a punch of his own on Johnny's bonce in Camden pub The Hawley Arms, last October - to apologise.
An insider said, "Carl was off his head. He'd been sinking beer and shots in an Irish bar since 3pm."
The band, minus their tight-trousered troubadour, were later spotted drinking in a local bar where Andy assured concerned fans, "There are no problems now".
Let's hope the boys make up before the Brits where they're tipped to take the best band gong.
