Rebecca Ferguson has reportedly sacked her management team, accusing them of working her to the point of collapse.

According to the One Direction - who share the same management - appears to have weighed in.

According to today's Mirror newspaper, Louis tweeted Rebecca to say: "Success is impossible without hard work."

Ferguson then replied: "I forgive you I used to be scared and think I had to do whatever they told me to do too Xxx. Hope your good :)"

MailOnline reports that they are awaiting comment from Rebecca's representatives.
