The actress stepped out on the red carpet last night for ELLE's 21st annual Women In Hollywood awards, where she surprised us with… a completely new face?

Though she's not confirmed there has been any plastic surgery involved, Zellweger looks like an entirely different person, forcing people to genuinely question as to whether it's really her.

Some have even raised the idea that she looks more like other actresses than herself, including Cameron Diaz, Robin Wright Penn and Jennifer Grey.

The Oscar-winning star recently said the idea of a third Bridget Jones film "would be fun", after she transformed herself into the character for the highly-acclaimed films back in 2001.
