Rick Ross Denies That He Was A Prison Guard...
Rick Ross, the Trilla MC, has told MTV News that the accusations that he used to work as a prison guard are unfounded.
In attempts to reaffirm his street status, Ross responded to the claims in a freestyle sent to MTV News saying he's "laughing at [the] blogs" that feature images of a man that looks like Ross in full prison guard uniform.
Rick shot to international rap-stardom in 2006 with the massive track Hustlin, however prior to this he built a solid fan base on the foundation that he was genuinely writing about events that hed lived through.
Reports that Ross has fabricated his cartel kingpin past could be devastating for his credibility and in turn the longevity of his career.
Various websites claim that from 1995 the rapper from Florida worked as a prison guard for 18 months, there are pictures and details of his alleged salary. Ross social security number matches the one listed for the jail guard.
During his interview with MTV, the Miami native said he was hoping to release an album later this year called Deeper Than Rap.
