A Man Has Been Charged With Stalking Rihanna After 'Breaking Into Her Home'

A man has been charged with stalking after allegedly breaking into Rihanna's Los Angeles mansion on May 9.
According to TMZ, 26-year-old Eduardo Leon was arrested after the singer's assistant found him inside the house, where he had spent "at least an entire day."

Now according to reports, the man has been charged with felony counts of stalking, burglary, and vandalism as well as a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.
The man is accused of jumping the fence to gain access to Riri's property, who fortunately was not home at the time of the incident. It's been claimed that he even unpacked his bag and charged his phone while remaining inside the house for upwards of 12 hours.
The website also reports that Leon had broken into another property just one week prior to the incident after mistakenly thinking it was owned by the singer.
A spokesman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office confirmed: "On May 9, Leon is accused of hopping a fence and entering a house owned by Rihanna, who was not home at the time.
"The defendant spent about 12 hours inside the home and was arrested the next day after being discovered by the singer's assistant. If convicted as charged, Leon faces a possible maximum sentence of six years in state prison.
The statement added: "The case remains under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department."
