Rihanna & Chris Brown Record Two Songs Together!
They've reunited for remixes of Birthday Cake & Turn Up The Music...
The popstar pair used to date but infamously split after Brown assaulted the Bajan babe before a pre-Grammy Awards party in 2009.
Following producers Da Internz claims that RiRi's remix of Talk That Talk album track Birthday Cake would "shock the world", the singer revealed her tune with Breezy yesterday (20th February) - her 24th birthday. As well as working together on Birthday Cake, Chris has also recruited the We Found Love hitmaker's help on a remix of his new single, Turn Up The Music.
The duo proceeded to post both songs on file sharing websites, as well as contacting each other on Twitter to tell their shocked followers about the tracks.
Brown wrote on his official page: "The pub and excitement of this industry /society is only a surface! Really want us as a human race to unite! Bigger than music! (sic)"
Earlier on in the day, he had wished RiRi a happy birthday and when she asked who wanted some "cake", the 22-year old responded: "Cake, cake cake!" before posting a link to their remix of Birthday Cake on ZShare.
Rihanna then returned the favour, tweeting: "Turn up the music remix," before adding: "It's a download OVERLOAD!!! Working on more links for u guys, so err body could have some #CAKE."
Earlier this month, Chris was told that he must remain on supervised probation for his attack on RiRi, after he was handed a five year term plus 180 days of community service for the offence three years ago.
